Tools for client and patient safety

A list of tools that have been translated into English

The Finnish Centre for Client and Patient Safety publishes tools that improve client and patient safety.

• Some of the tools are ment for organizations and professionals. Those tools are e.g. descriptions, functional models, indicators and visual materials.
• Some of the tools are for clients, patients and close persons. Those tools are e.g. instructions.

The tools will be updated at least every two years.

All tools are available in Finnish and in Swedish. Those considered beneficial for international partners have been translated into English.

The source reference should include the following information:

• the centre´s website where the original tool was published
• the date when the tool was uploaded from the website
