Infection control measure self-monitoring form

The infection control measure self-monitoring form allows the assessment of a unit’s operations, facilities and practices as part of the unit’s self-monitoring activities. The concrete criteria allow the identification of infection risks related to operations and the systematic development of operations.

The goal is to improve the practical implementation of infection control and therefore reduce the risk of infections related to care and prevent the spread of epidemics.
